1.Before starting should check whether the gear pump shaft rotation is flexible, presence of jam phenomenon, import and export pipeline valve is open, the direction of rotation of the pump is correct.

2.Long time no use pump, boot before, should be added a certain amount of lubricant to the oil pump cavity, in order to reduce the pump in the dry friction in the process of oil absorption, and can improve the performance of self-priming pump.

3.After startup if there is any abnormal noise or overheating phenomenon, should immediately stop and check.

4.Check whether there is any leakage on the pump shaft end,Such as: the packing should be properly tighten clamp cover and other sealing should teardown check.

5.If the conveying hot oil,while driving should be uniform preheating, preheating is to use the medium to be delivered continuously through the pump body.

6.When the Arc Gear Food Oil Pump stop, cut off power supply first, and then closed on the import and export pipeline valve, avoid to cause pump reversal.
