Product Description
Experimental environment:
A) the relative humidity of the ambient air is not more than 85%.
B) no corrosive medium in ambient air;
C) the temperature of the gas source medium is 1 degrees to 50 degrees.
Visual inspection is used for appearance inspection.
Performance test:
1, open voltage test
The air inlet pressure of the electromagnetic pulse valve is connected with the nominal pressure of the clean air, and 85% of the nominal voltage is input on the solenoid valve, the electrical signal of the width of 0.03s is used to check whether the opening of the electromagnetic pulse valve is normal.
2, closed pressure test
The inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve is connected to the clean air with a gas source pressure of 0.1MPa, and the electrical signal of the valve is closed to check whether the electromagnetic pulse valve is reliably closed.
3, test of pressure resistance
The air inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve is connected to clean air with a gas source pressure of 0.8MPa and a continuous 60min. The leakage of each sealing part of the electromagnetic pulse valve is checked.
4. Insulation resistance test
(1) the mega ohmmeter with a precision of 1 degrees is measured in the range of 500V, 0M to 500M ohm, and the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the enclosure is measured under the specified environmental conditions.
(2) placing the valve in a temperature regulating and humidifying box, setting the temperature at 35 degrees and the relative humidity of 85%, the sinusoidal AC voltage of 50Hz and 250V is applied between the electromagnetic coil and the valve body, and 1min is used to check whether there is a breakdown.
5. Anti vibration test
The valve is fixed on the vibration test bench, and the vibration of the vibration frequency is 20Hz, the full amplitude is 2mm, and the duration of 30min, check whether the fasteners of each part of the valve have loose phenomenon, and the work is normal.
6. Life test of diaphragm
In the air inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve, the clean air of the nominal pressure is connected to the solenoid valve, and the nominal voltage value of the valve is 0.1s and the interval is 3S, and the continuous or accumulative work times of the valve are recorded.
